For the past six weeks I have been heading to the hospital 3-4 days a week working on my required 192 internship. Today was my last day. Over the past 6 weeks I have grown very fond of the people I have worked with making it a very teary good bye. The education and the encouragement and the fun will always be remembered. Here are some pictures of the people I worked with.

Great Depth of Mercy

Lamentations 3:22-23 ESV
“The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning…”

How wonderful is the promise that God’s mercy upon us is new every day! Nothing we did yesterday or no matter how we have failed in the past effects His mercy for us. God’s mercy is fresh today! What comfort that should give a saved sinners’ soul! The Lord is worthy of our praise!

Charleston, SC

Sunday, April 20th, 2008

Yesterday Adrienne, Megan, and I went to Charleston for the day. What a wonderful day it was!! The weather was BEAUTIFUL! We went to Isle of Palms beach for a portion of the day then went into Charleston. We walked around on the campus of the College of Charleston, grabbed some pizza for lunch, wandered through the town taking pictures of the beautiful houses, met a local artist, and had a seafood dinner at Hyman’s. What a great way to end the school year.

Michelle Crafton has spread the photography bug…

Since I got my new camera from Peter I have been trying to be a little more creative in my picture taking. I don’t know if they are technically good but I think I like the way they turned out.

Sunless tanner

Thursday, April 17th, 2008

So I did a dumb thing today… I laid out in the sun for about 2 hours and didn’t apply sunscreen to my arms and legs. Needless to say I am painfully regretting it. In my defense, if I use sunscreen I stay pasty white all summer long. Since my wedding is in August, I would like to have a tan (so that people can tell where the dress ends and my skin begins). I would like to get a tan the safe way… using a sunless tanner… but I have yet to find one that doesn’t turn me orange or have a strange odor.

So I need some help:
please give me some advice about which sunless tanner to try.
